Physical Plant is a service organization of people committed to providing students, faculty, staff, and University visitors with the facilities and services required to achieve the University's goals and missions.

Ñý°®Ö±²¥ Physical Plant is divided into three categories, Building Maintenance, Grounds, and Custodial.Ìý The Maintenance Department is responsible for all general repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other needs related to campus facilities.Ìý Campus Grounds maintains all university grounds including landscaping, irrigation, trash, and maintaining athletic fields.Ìý The custodial company is responsible for providing a clean, sanitary and orderly environment through the campus.
